Since I found Fiit Chicks back in July, my life has changed dramatically. Not only have I stopped feeling bad about myself but I have also gained so much strength, confidence and happiness in day to day life. BBSU and Circuit Protocols have provided me with the tools needed to become the best me I can be. Absolutely Amazing Results
I’ve been slightly overweight all my adult life, however that all changed 4yrs ago when I had my first baby and became a stay at home Mum. I began eating out of shear boredom and piled on the weight.
Tried everything on the market, from prescription weight loss pills to Tony Ferguson Shakes and Body trim. Yes all these gave me results…but when I stopped following the programs or stopped taking weight loss pills the weight crept back on and then some, taking me back to where I started and a few extra Kg which all added up L

All my life iv been a little overweight.
Then the earthquakes started. I used to live in Christchurch new Zealand and in September 2010 we had a big earthquake that would start off events for the next 2 years. 10,000 earthquakes later and 10kg heavier I moved to Melbourne where I decided I had no excuse to be fat anymore. I had to do something about it. I originally joined another clean eating guideline, I lasted a month as I wasn’t eating enough to keep healthy. In June 2012 I discovered fiit chick transformations 🙂 I’m down to 64kg and happy with life. The plan is not hard to follow I turn down chocolate etc on a daily basis not because I’m on a “diet” but because I have changed my lifestyle. I have only started proper exercise in the last 2 weeks so this does show that clean eating alone can help you shift that weight and start on a healthier path.
