Protein Ice Cream

Serves 1-2

Ingredients:

1 frozen banana
2 tbsp of natural peanut butter or any nut butter
1/2 tsp of Vanilla extract
1 scoop of Her-Whey protein (Vanilla or Chocolate) 

Directions:

Put the frozen banana into a blender and add two table spoons of peanut butter.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of Vanilla extract. The last ingredient is 1 scoop of protein powder.

Blend all of the ingredients in blender until you get a beautiful smooth ice cream texture.

Top with your choice of crushed nuts, coconut flakes or cacao nibs.
