In this video Emily demonstrates the Prone Pushup Beep Test.
Step 1- assume a prone hold position
Step 2- every 10 seconds on the second you will complete a prone pushup, when you reach the 20 sec mark you will complete 2x prone pushup, when you hit 30 seconds on the clock you will complete 3 prone pushups, and so on until you can no longer hold or you can not complete the prone pushups within the time period.
Here are some scores to compare against.
Average= 3-4 prone pushups
Good = 5-6 prone pushups
Excellent = 6+
