In todays fat burning, body weight workout for women i reveal a quick and easy solution for you ladies to get in shape and stay there.
This body weight workout can also be done by all you males out there also, however in this video i have my beautiful assistant Emily showing you ladies that you can do each exercise.
The secret in this fat burning workout is the rest periods, (there are none) mooohooohahahaha (my evil laugh)
You will complete 3 exercises in a row, then rest 30 secondes, then repeat 4 x , each body weight exercise targets the major muscle groups which is optimum for fat loss, and building those six pack abs.
