Please Check The Following:

99% of the time it will be because your web browser is not up to date or running the latest version, we recommend, firefox, safari or google chrome, these are the most popular, internet explorer tends to have the most problems as it is a older browser. Also please check that your computer has an up to date video player, pc should come with quicktime player.

If you are still unsure, you can download this FREE video player here: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.html this is a great tool

The main issue with viewing the PDF documents will be because you may not be running the most up to date version of adobe reader http://get.adobe.com/reader/

If you can not open the ZIP file please download the free version of WINZIP, this will allow you to open the zip files. http://www.winzip.com/win/en/prod_down.htm

Remember to keep these pieces of software updated regularly, as they do change frequently.

Once you have downloaded or updated a new piece of software, please restart your computer to remove any cookies that may still be around.

If after trying these trouble shooting methods, the only other thing it could be is that your internet is cutting out during the download phase?

Please check to see if the download completes successfully, if it doesn’t it may also be because of your internet security, some antivirus systems are set that high that is can also trigger downloads to stop.

We can assure you the videos or any of our products have absolutely no viruses, so what we would recommend is to turn of your antivirus system during the download and then you can switch it back on again once you have completed the task.

Firstly please check your Junk box as this is generally the case, this will vary from computer to computer, depending on your anti virus set up.

If it is not in your junk mail, please be patient as it may take a little longer due to many downloads happening at once.

Please wait for 24 hours as you will be sent another back up with your meal plan just incase.

You may not be running the most up to date version of adobe reader http://get.adobe.com/reader/ these do change frequently so it is good to keep them updated.

If you believe your adobe software is up to date and you can still not view the document there will be some issue with your computer software e.g., unfortunately we can longer assist here.

This can happen from time to time, the reason being is that your download has been corrupted, possibly your internet connection timed out during your download. Please re download the videos/pdfs and try again.

Please watch the file as it is downloading to check that the download completes without cutting out.

It is coming up with a Malware warning, when i click a link, is this a virus?

No the free meal plan is a pdf download with absolutely no viruses attached, it has been downloaded successfully by over 45 000 people, and not 1 person has received any virus at all, we check this link several times a day to ensure it is safe and secure.

In regards to your computer prompting a warning, will be due to your Anti virus software, a lot of the time this software is set extremely high and always warns the user when attempting to download anything the computer has not already been to.

NOTE: Microsoft users will only experience this issue.

How do i download the files onto a DVD or usb?

DVD

STEP 1- Download all video files to a folder on your desktop (to download, please follow instructions on the download pages)

STEP 2- Open Itunes – Click the + symbol on the bottom left of the window – Create a new playlist and call it (whatever you like)

STEP 3- Open the folder on your desktop and drag and drop the video files into your new playlist

STEP 4- Once the files have been copied, go to File – Burn Playlist To Disc

STEP 5- iTunes will then prompt you to insert the disc, do this and then follow the prompts give to burn.

USB

STEP 1- Download all video files to a folder on your desktop (to download, please follow instructions on the download pages)

STEP 2- Insert USB into your computer

STEP 3- Open USB and the folder in which your videos are stored

STEP 4- Drag and drop the videos from the Desktop file into the USB file, wait for it to copy, then eject USB safely

STEP 5- Plug your usb into your TV set and follow the TV instructions.
