I always get asked what are good exercises to tone up and firm the Butt, Thighs, and most of all those very troubled inner thighs.
So i want to show you an exercise, that will target that very spot. If you do this properly then you will feel those bad boys for a couple of day, especially if it is the first time you try it.
Once again this body weight exercise can be done at home or anywhere that tickles your fancy.
